Really it is no big mystery. If you find Quality PLR Materials and do the right things then you will make money. The hard part is already done for you by the person who did the work.

When looking for PLR products to resell keep these things in mind:

1. Do the rights offered with the product protect the value of the product?
   If there is no limit to how many can be sold or people can give it away or sell it for a low price STAY AWAY!
2. Is the product on a topic that is of interest to a large group of individuals?
   If there is no target market for the product then you are not going to make any money trying to sell it.
3. Are you offered editable source files?
   This may sound silly – but some people actually offer PLR but don’t provide editable source files. That is not true PLR. STAY AWAY!
4. Is the price reasonable?
   If the price is out of line with what you are getting (too low or too high) then don’t buy. Too high a price is self explanatory. Too low a price means the quality is suspect. STAY AWAY!
5. Is the PLR rehashed material or created by the person you are buying it from (or did that person have it specifically created for them?)
   You don’t want to buy PLR that everyone and their dog is selling. If it is being created by or was hired out by the person you are buying from you are getting unique PLR.

If you can answer yes to these questions then you can be reasonably sure that you are getting good PLR material.
